1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AutoVidGen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AutoVidGen is operated by AutoVidGen ("we", "us", or "our"). Questions about these Terms can be sent to admin@autovidgen.com.
2. Description of Service
AutoVidGen is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create, edit, and publish short-form videos to social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. The Service uses third-party AI providers for script generation, image generation, voice narration, and video clip creation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AutoVidGen. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your password and account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately at admin@autovidgen.com of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
5. Ownership of Generated Content
All videos, scripts, images, and other content generated by the Service based on your prompts belong entirely to you. AutoVidGen claims no ownership, license, or rights over the content you create.
You may publish, monetize, redistribute, and use generated content for any lawful purpose without restriction. There are no watermarks and no attribution requirements.
You grant AutoVidGen a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AutoVidGen to create or publish content that:
- Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where it is published
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains defamatory, harassing, or threatening material
- Depicts or promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on protected characteristics
- Contains sexual content involving minors
- Constitutes spam, misinformation, or deliberately deceptive content
- Impersonates a real person, company, or brand without authorization
- Violates the Terms of Service of any connected social platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that produce content in violation of these restrictions, without prior notice.
7. Credits, Subscriptions & Payments
7.1 Subscription Plans
Each series you run carries its own monthly subscription priced by its chosen publishing frequency; your total is the sum of your active series (less any multi-series discount). Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, PayPal. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
7.2 Scene-Upgrade Credits
Credits are used for optional scene upgrades during the review window:
- Animate scene (generate Kling AI video clip) — 10 credits
- Regenerate scene image — 5 credits
- Re-record narration — 3 credits
Credits never expire and are non-refundable once consumed. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
7.3 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will notify existing subscribers at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
7.4 Refused or Rejected Generations — No Refund
AutoVidGen relies on third-party artificial-intelligence providers to generate scripts, images, voice-over, and video. Your prompts — including any custom prompt you write — are transmitted to these providers and are subject to their content policies and usage terms. If you submit a custom prompt or request that violates, or is rejected under, a third-party provider's policies (for example, prompts the provider flags or refuses to fulfil), the resulting generation may fail, be partially produced, or be rejected.
You acknowledge and agree that any credits or subscription value consumed by such a refused, rejected, moderated, or partially-completed generation are non-refundable, and that AutoVidGen owes no refund, credit, replacement, or compensation of any kind in these circumstances. It is your responsibility to keep prompts within the acceptable-use limits in Section 6 and within the policies of the underlying AI providers.
8. Third-Party Platforms & Channel Risk
When you connect social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), you authorize AutoVidGen to publish content on your behalf using OAuth tokens you grant. You remain solely responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and monetization policies.
You accept all risk to your social accounts and channels. If your use or misuse of the Service — including publishing AI-generated content, automated or high-frequency posting, or content that breaches a platform's rules — results in the suspension, restriction, demonetization, shadow-ban, strike, removal, or deletion of any of your social accounts, channels, videos, or audience, AutoVidGen bears no responsibility or liability whatsoever, and you will have no claim against us for any resulting loss of revenue, followers, reach, or goodwill.
AutoVidGen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, TikTok, or Meta.
9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by AutoVidGen is produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, fictional elements, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. AutoVidGen makes no representation that generated content is factually accurate, free from bias, or suitable for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOVIDGEN AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AUTOVIDGEN IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
