Accessibility Statement

Effective date: July 23, 2026 · Last updated: July 23, 2026

1. Our Commitment

AutoVidGen ("AutoVid", "we", "us") is committed to making its website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe every visitor should be able to browse, create, and manage content with dignity and independence. Making our platform accessible is an ongoing effort that we invest in continuously.

2. Conformance Status

This website has been made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard SI 5568 (תקן ישראלי ת"י 5568) at Level AA, which is based on the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 published by the W3C, and with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013.

We aim for full conformance with Level AA. Some areas are still being improved, or depend on third-party components outside our direct control - these are listed under "Known Limitations" below.

3. Accessibility Adjustments We Made

The following accessibility features are built into the site:

  • Colour contrast - text, buttons, status labels, and form-field borders meet the required contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and interface controls) in both the dark and light themes.
  • Keyboard navigation - all interactive elements (menus, buttons, links, forms, sliders, and dialogs) can be operated with a keyboard alone.
  • Visible focus - a clear focus indicator marks the element currently in focus while navigating with the keyboard.
  • Skip to content - a "Skip to content" link lets keyboard and screen-reader users bypass the navigation and jump straight to the main content of each page.
  • Screen-reader support - the site uses semantic HTML and WAI-ARIA. Icon-only buttons, navigation regions, sliders, and menus have descriptive accessible names.
  • Labelled forms - every input, text area, and selection control is associated with a descriptive label.
  • Descriptive page titles - each page has a unique, meaningful title so its purpose is clear.
  • Logical heading structure - headings follow a correct, ordered hierarchy on every page.
  • Text alternatives - meaningful images have descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Reduced motion - if you have enabled "reduce motion" in your operating system, animations and transitions are minimised automatically.
  • Responsive & zoom-friendly layout - content reflows and remains usable when the page is enlarged or viewed on smaller screens.

4. Tested Environments

The website's accessibility was reviewed and verified on the latest versions of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Because the site is built on standards-based HTML, CSS, and WAI-ARIA, it is also intended to work with current versions of Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari, and to be compatible with common screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.

For the best experience we recommend using an up-to-date browser and, where relevant, an up-to-date version of your assistive technology.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. We are aware of the following and are working to improve them:

  • Payment checkout - the PayPal payment window is provided and rendered by PayPal and is governed by PayPal's own accessibility.
  • Generated videos and captions - subtitles and captions in the videos you generate depend on the options you choose when creating a video; some generated videos may not include captions.
  • Visual thumbnail & scene editor - this is a canvas-based design tool. Its numeric controls, sliders, and buttons are keyboard-operable, but some free drag-to-position actions are optimised for a mouse or touch and may be difficult to perform with a keyboard alone.
  • External and embedded content - links and media that lead to third-party sites are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.

If a limitation above prevents you from completing an action, please contact us using the details below and we will provide the information or service through an accessible alternative.

6. Feedback & How to Report a Problem

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of AutoVidGen. If you encounter a barrier, need a page or feature made accessible, or wish to request information in an alternative format, please contact our accessibility coordinator:

Please describe the problem, the page or action involved, the browser and assistive technology you were using, and how we can reach you. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and to correct genuine accessibility faults promptly.

7. Updating This Statement

This statement reflects the state of the website's accessibility on the date shown above. As we add features and continue our accessibility work, we will review and update this statement accordingly.
